This hotel is located next to the beach, only 20 minutes from downtown Cancun. The hotel offers 2 outdoor pools, a restaurant and rooms with satellite TV. Flamingo Cancun Resort features air conditioning and a private bathroom in every guest room. Rooms offer a view of the lagoon or a view of the Caribbean Sea. Guests can enjoy music, activities and a swim-up bar at the main pool. The Flamingo also offers an oceanfront pool with a relaxing atmosphere. A gym is available. Cafeteria has renowned coffee and excellent food. La Fuente Restaurant serves international cuisine with views of the Caribbean Sea. The beachfront Albatros Restaurant and Bar is open for lunch and dinner. Cocktails and music are available at the Palenque Lobby Bar.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in.
Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate.
Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.
