Facing white sandy beach with turquoise colours, GR Solaris Cancun offers the most complete and friendly service of the Solaris Staff. GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive features a spa, fully equipped gym, and day and night activity programmes for all ages. GR Solaris Cancun is considered the luxury version of Hoteles Solaris Resorts, featuring 300 deluxe rooms. A variety of dining options are available at the 4 restaurants serving 10 different types of cuisine per week, and room service is provided 24/7. There are bars which serve unlimited alcoholic and non alcoholic selected beverages. Room service is offered at the property under a surcharge of $5

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All payments made by American Express credit card applies the 5% commission in case of cancellations and/or refund.
For security reasons, all guests must present the credit card used to book, otherwise the hotel will refund the deposit to the credit card used to guarantee their stay and guests will have to pay the stay total amount directly during check in.
Virtual credit cards are not allowed in the property.
In case of no show, the hotel will apply the current policy according to season. No show penalties are the same as cancellation policies received with booking confirmation.
Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
