Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, The Villas at The Royal Cancun, All Suites Resort is nestled on a beach on the north shore of the Cancun Hotel Zone with views of the bay and Isla Mujeres. All suites have kitchens with refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers, a living area with a pull-down Murphy bed, a dining area and a private open-air terrace. Suite amenities include air-conditioning, TVs, DVD players, telephone, in-room safe, hair dryer, fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All the suites are Non-Smoking. The Villas also include two free-form pools, tennis courts, gym, beach massage service, a mini market, bicycles, sailboats, travel agency, car rental and an activities program for children and adults. There is a golf program with discounted rates at several local courses. Great dining options for every taste: La Palapa beachfront restaurant, The Italian Trattoria, The Italian Trattoria Sports Bar, pool bars, express take-out food counter pizza delivery and room service. Enjoy fine dining, activities and many other amenities with the All-Inclusive package or the European Plan (no meals included). Complimentary high speed WiFi is available for all guests. Situated in Cancún it is only 4 km from Coco Bongo. La Isla Shopping Mall is 4.3 km away. Free private parking is available on site. The nearest airport is Cancún Airport, 15 km from the property.

All reservations will be subject to the payment of an environmental tax, the cost of this tax will be MX $145.24. Prices are in Mexican pesos and per night payable directly at the hotel reception at the time of check out.
Please note that for guests’ stays crossing a Saturday night a room move might be required. Should this be the case, our management team will assist our guests in order to make this an uneventful process.
At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants.
Your reservation charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name of RoyalRes 8887214451. Please contact the property with any questions regarding the charge for this reservation.
The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and official identification at check-in.
Early departure policy: No refunds will be given for any cancellation or modification made after check-in.
