After completed the booking, we will send all the relevant check in detais to the guest in 2 days before check in date via text message. This details will be in step by step in photos plus details remark. Anyhow if the guest facing any problem, we are welcome them to call direct to us. We have a team of staff always standby to serve from 7am-11pm

Jazz Service Suite is a new hotspot catering from the young and upwardly professional working in Tg Tokong with its two bedroom units which are capable of accommodating couples and families. In addition we have a single bed in living area for those who like to direct watch the stunning view & TV movies.
The nearby attractions like Stonyhurst intl school & Lotus's Seri Tanjung Pinang to be enjoyed by young and old alike, it has various facilities such as playground, swimming pool and wading pool, gymnasium, barbeque area. The building with 24 hours security patrolling and other safety. We also do provide 1 indoor free carpark to the guest during the stayed.
HOUSE RULES
1) Strictly NO SMOKING includes e-vaping inside the unit.
2) NO Durian, Mangosteen & Dragon Fruits which the odor smell can contaminate the air con system & linen fabric.
3) NO party, event function, loud noise & music during the stay.
4) NO Pets are allowed.
5) NO outside shoe and beach sands in the property
6) Strictly NO heavy/oily cooking allowed, ONLY LIGHT COOKING ALLOWED.
7) Ironing job only done on the board provided. If found any ironing mark on other area, penalty will be imposed.
8) DO not shifted any heavy furniture without the host consent. This will cause damages to the furniture, floor and wall scratches.
9) Kindly book the EXACT NUMBER of guests staying include adults, children and infants. The beds will be arranged accordingly to the number of guest booked. Any extra guests/ extra beds request will be charge RM30 (Pre-inform before 3.00pm).
Neighbourhood information
Located along Jalan Seri Tanjung near Strait Quay with hypermarket, restaurants & cafe are just walking distance from the building (Lotus’s, Grocery mart and etc.) There are still many attractive location around which is reachable by car, taxi or public transport.
We highly recommend ride E-hailing apps such like Grab to get around from place to place in Penang. For those who are driving, we provide 1 free indoor car park, and there's also ample paid parking space in the building for those coming in more than 1 car. Public transport is easily accessible right in front of the building. Feel free to contact us for further information or in need of further assistance in transport arrangements.

Drive from PIA airport will take about 40 minutes. E hailing Grab or taxi is strongly recommended.
