Situated in Utrecht, 4 km from Conference Center Vredenburg and 4.1 km from TivoliVredenburg, Rooftop View features air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. With river views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The accommodation provides full-day security, luggage storage space and organising tours for guests. The kitchenette has a microwave, a fridge and a minibar and there is a private bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. The homestay offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with warm dishes, fresh pastries and fruits are available. You can play table tennis at the homestay. Stay in a town house on the water with a private bathroom, kitchenette, balcony and spacious roof terrace with stunning views over the city and De Zilveren Schaats (The Silver Ice Skate) nature area. Enjoy the historic city with the famous Dom Tower and wharf cellars, the nearby Wilhelmina Park, the many excellent restaurants or bars in the area and the Rietveld Schröder House (The Style architecture, UNESCO Wold Heritage Site). You can step into a rental canoe or motorboat right from our jetty to make trips through the canals or to the pancake house in the Amelisweerd forest. Feel free to take a swim in the river. Breakfast is served daily for a fee with a choice of fresh fruits, various bread rolls, eggs, yogurt and cereals, amongst others. We're not British, but we're brave enough to even try our hand at a full English breakfast. We won't be offended though if you settle for a typically Dutch cheese sandwich. The room is available from 3 pm. We are happy to help you make the most of your stay in our beautiful city.
Having spent half our lives as hotel guests for our work, we think it's time to welcome people ourselves and let you share in what our part of the world has to offer.
Our house is located in Utrecht East, a popular neighbourhood that was built around 1900 with lots of greenery, restaurants, shops and public transport within a 2-minute walk. It offers the tranquillity of a residential area and the proximity of the centre at 7 minutes by bike. Bicycles can be rented 4 minutes down the road. Behind our house is Park Bloeyendael with special native flora and fauna.
