Are you looking for an affordable one-night stay while traveling? Look no further! The Simple Room is a spacious and clean accommodation with a dining area, microwave, and refrigerator. It is located on a separate floor in a private apartment situated in a quiet neighborhood, making it an excellent choice for transit and short stays of 1-2 nights. The price includes bed linen, coffee, tea, and the use of a washing machine. While there aren't any restaurants nearby, there's a convenient grocery store just a 6-minute walk away. You'll have access to a own bathroom located in the in the shared hallway, as well as free WiFi and Netflix. Parking is available for free at the building. The apartment is situated in the quiet southern parts of Trondheim, 6 minutes by car to the City Syd Shopping Center, where you can find all the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room is on the 3rd floor of a terraced block without an elevator, making it unsuitable for disabled and elderly individuals.
