We combine the work of running Dondrub Guest House, showing the best hospitality and caring for our guest, while the nuns apply themselves to the daily joyful practices in hearing, contemplating, and meditating upon the dharma in precise accordance with the teachings of Khenpo Rinpoche.
Property info
Dondrub Guest House belongs to Tek Chok Ling Nunnery where Buddhist nuns study, practice and work under the guidance of one of the most respected Tibetan Dharma teachers, Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche. The nunnery was established in 2006, and added its modern Guest House in 2011. It is a unique place, it is the only Guest House run by nuns, in the area. We are only 5 min walk to Boudha Stupa, one of Kathmandu’s most sacred Buddhist sites. The nunnery and guess house run a pioneer waste recycling program.
