It's conveniently located near Tauranga beaches and the Waipapa River, perfect for exploring Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park. Located just 40 meters from the main house, our charming tiny house offers a peaceful escape. Enjoy reliable Spark signal reception, while other providers may have weaker signals. A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount.
