Spacious studio apartment ideal for a couple for a cozy getaway, or a stopover on the way to our national parks! Conformable bed, midcentury furniture and little touches to make you stay an enjoyable experience. The apartment is a studio room with separate bathroom with king size bed, comfortable couch and vintage wingback chair. Original artwork decorates the walls. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge, electric wok, cutlery, glassware and crockery. Essentials such as tea coffee and milk, oil, salt and pepper are supplied. There is no oven or cook top. There is however the BBQ as a further option for cooking. The apartment is most suited to singles or couples but can accommodate up to four guests using the sofa bed. The main bed is a comfortable King size bed. The couch provides extra sleeping space as it converts to a double bed. A basket of linens and bedding will be supplied when a reservation is made for more than two guests. A travel cot is available on request. For all bookings for two guests, we will assume that both guests will sleep in the King size bed unless you let us know otherwise. If you are booking for two guests but wish to use the sofa bed (so need extra linen) or if you require a travel cot, please send us a message to request these items be placed in the room. Dining options are provided both inside and outside. Inside the dining table can be set up for two or four. On the deck you will find a small webber style BBQ and another table and chairs for two. Extra chairs can be provided on request, both inside and out. There is a picnic table in the orchard also for guests to use. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious shower, vanity and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are supplied. The bathroom has recently been completely renovated with new fixtures and fittings throughout.

We are in an ideal location for a stopover on the way to both Able Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks.
