    Great holiday cottage within walking distance to Raglan town yet in a quiet area. The house is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We loved our stay and feel fully rested.

Hi I'm Lou the founder of Groundswell Property in Raglan, NZ. Myself and team are fortunate to look after a selection of wonderful Raglan holiday homes, accommodating from 1 to 13 guests. Waterfront, ocean views, private bay access, centre of town, cafes on your doorstep... we have something to fit every group and every budget. We'd love to welcome and host you into one of our properties and share all that our vibrant town has to offer. Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay. For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time. All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

Relax on the huge deck with open & covered options - perfect for sun lounging & outdoor entertainment after exploring the local area. Located in a prime spot, a short 5 -7 minute walk down to Lorenzen Bay for high tide water access and a 4 minute drive into Raglan Town for botique retail shops, cafes & restaurants. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood just 4 minute drive to Raglan town. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautifully presented home has a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area that flows onto a large covered outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a family feast including oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. The deck makes a perfect hang out space rain or shine, with a large outdoor table and bbq for al fresco dining. The outdoor area is fully fenced creating a safe space for little ones to roam freely. The living area has a Smart TV with Netflix to keep you entertained. There is also an air conditioning/heat pump in the living room to keep you cool on a hot Summer day or nice and cosy in the Winter. Neighbourhood information

Off the living space you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite shower room, with sliding doors opening out to the sunny deck. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and has use of the main bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a separate toilet. The third bedroom has the perfect set-up for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds, toys and a wardrobe for storage. (Please note, this house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults). This room also has use of the main bathroom. Off the kitchen is access to the large double garage where you are welcome to park your vehicles or securely store any sports equipment. A washing machine and clothes line are also provided - always an essential when holidaying as a family.
