This is just a room downstairs of our home. We live upstairs. It is a large room with comfortable bed. Has ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Very close to the beach and nice quiet area. We have a small shop for snacks, and two beach sunloungers plus cart and umbrella available for hire. Twenty dollars per full day. Only 93 metres from the beach. The bathroom is very new only renovated 3 months ago. It has a rain show, heated towel rail and heat demister on the mirror. Keyless entry via the front door or you can access the room from the outside. Outdoor shower and beach towels are available for your convenience.

Sunbrae Grove has won best Street in Mount Maunganui and is a very quiet neighbourhood. The beach is close as ASB arena and Bayfair shopping.
