The apartment conversion started in 2006 with the last apartment being completed in 2012. The Silos Apartments offer a boutique accommodation experience like no other in New Zealand. From the "New York loft" style to the modern contemporary 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, the floor to ceiling windows offer breath taking views of the harbour.

Enjoying spectacular views of Raglan Harbour and surrounds, The Silos are literally a stone’s throw from the water. You can swim, fish and kayak or relax on the outdoor deck and courtyard areas. Watch harbour activity or launch your own boat from the doorstep.
The Raglan Wharf complex, gutted by fire in 2010, has been completely rebuilt and now houses renowned boutique shops such as Soul Shoes, Bags and Boots, Trash footwear, Tony Sly Pottery, Wharf Espresso and a superb Fish and Chip shop with fish straight off the boat. When you've finished looking around this vibrant area, a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the waterfront takes you to the rest of Raglan’s shops and cafes.
