Around 10 minutes drive to Hobbiton, and Wairere Falls. Cycle the Matamata - Paeroa cycle trail, visit the Opal Hot Springs, or Firth Tower and Museum. Under an hour to Tauranga or Mt Maunganui, Hamilton or Rotorua, around two hours to Auckland CBD. Ample dining options, restaurants, takeaways, all just a couple of minutes drive away, or a ten minute walk. If you wish to check in early or check out late, we will accommodate this if possible. We can store luggage if you want to travel away, then return. If you are arriving to town by bus, we can collect you and drop you off by arrangement, there is no fee for this. We may also be able to airport collect and drop off if you are flying in as a service by arrangement. We can also drop you off and pick you up from Hobbiton as an arranged service

We offer Hobbiton and airport transfers, local tours to some of our beautiful outdoor spots, and also tours to other cities at your request - you will find an information sheet in the photo section. You will be staying in a large, modern, stand alone, private space, with private entrance, good size grassed area with patio and outdoor table and chairs, and large free parking area. We are on two acres, so there is plenty of outdoor space, and pet Alpacas and sheep in the back paddock, which you can feed if you wish.
