Hi I'm Lou the founder of Groundswell Property in Raglan, NZ. Myself and team are fortunate to look after a selection of wonderful Raglan holiday homes, accommodating from 1 to 13 guests. Waterfront, ocean views, private bay access, centre of town, cafes on your doorstep... we have something to fit every group and every budget. We'd love to welcome and host you into one of our properties and share all that our vibrant town has to offer.
All Groundswell Properties include: Linen, towels, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap), tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher powder.

Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.
For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.
All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

Elevate your Raglan getaway with a stylish, contemporary apartment for a seamless stay. Wainui Landing boasts high-quality finishes and plush furnishings, crafted exclusively for guest comfort. Nestled next to one of Raglan's best restaurants and conveniently situated between town and the top surf/beach spots, this two-bedroom retreat is ideal for effortless holiday bliss! Wainui Landing Apartment 2 is a modern architecturally designed apartment making for the perfect base for your Raglan getaway. Bespoke design elements are evident inside and out. Park directly under the apartment in your dedicated carport, complete with lockable storage unit for your surfboard or sports equipment. Walk up the private stairs to the elevated apartment and you will be welcomed by design-led finishes and coastal style. The custom ply-wood kitchen was designed and built by a local joiner and carries the luxury beach vibe of the apartment. Complete with an induction cooktop, oven, full fridge freezer and dishwasher it has everything you need to cook up a feast after your days exploring Raglan. The living room is furnished to a high standard in keeping with the style of the apartment. Complete with a heat pump/air conditioning unit, high speed fibre internet and TV: it has everything you need for a relaxing evening. The living room also has large sliding doors opening to the covered screened balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed. Bedroom 1 also has the added feature of sliding doors opening onto the balcony – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
There is one bathroom in the apartment with high stud ceiling, fully tiled shower, custom made plywood vanity and vented skylight window. With two apartments located side by side, there is an option to combine your getaway with friends and reserve both apartments to sleep up to 8 people. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located near the lively Rock-It Kitchen restaurant - the perfect place to sip your afternoon brew while soaking in local musical talent with lush grass beneath your feet. Open Wednesday to Sunday, midday until late. If staying with us over the weekend nights, you can expect to hear music playing for dinner guests most Friday and Saturday evenings. Every Sunday throughout Summer, a DJ will be playing in the garden area from 4pm to 10pm. Outside of these standard weekend events, Rock-It Kitchen also holds periodic private functions throughout the year which may include corporate events, weddings and birthdays. During these events (feel free to ask us if an event is being held during your booking dates), it is possible that music noise will continue through until 1am in the morning.
The apartments are located near the roadside so if you are sensitive to car noise at night, we recommend you stay in the north bedroom or bring suitable earplugs with you.

All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate. Please bring your own beach towels.
Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).
Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of per box will be applied for disposal. Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.
