When I get my time off from work I love to explore new places and other countries that I have not visited to meet people and experience other local culture.
Once a solo traveler, therefore as for me having friendly people in a new place
always bring good memories so as being the host myself plays an important role to make guests always feel comfortable, at home especially during their first visit to the Philippines.
the condo is situated in a residential area of looc lapulapu city, near schools, market, church, naval base. Very accessible to buy food, groceries etc.
Our condo community is clean and with free parking space for guest. We are in the Buidling 101, 10th Floor.
Enjoy the view and outdoor amenities, official renters can use the pool anytime but other guest can use pool except for weekends and Holidays.
Guest parking provided with Fee 150 daily. Hourly rate applies.
