this is a small family business looked after manly by my sister in-law Rowena, who also has a small residence on the property and usually on hand to answer any questions
Property information
This newly built top floor rental suite is situated in a large tropical garden and has its own private access. Double doors open on to a large outdoor balcony, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets and many different types of local birds in the trees. The room is furnished with a handmade mahogany queen-sized bed with a quality mattress and bedding. The quite split style LG air-conditioner keeps your room cool and comfortable for those hot tropical days and nights. Also there is a ceiling fan for those of you that don't like to use AC. The art work on the walls are all original pieces done buy a local Cebuano artist from Mantalongon Cebu. The on-suite bathroom is equipped with a hot shower. there is a digital safety box in the room to lock away your valuables and we also provide a small mini bar refrigerator in the room for your convenience. As a guest at Palmera Palma you will have full use of a shared, fully-equipped covered outdoor kitchen with seating for eight people . The kitchen has a electric oven. BBQ , propane cooker, coffee maker, rice cooker, large stand up refrigerator, full set of utensils, and pots and pans.

Basdiot is the name of our Moalboal neighborhood and were Palmera Palma is located. it is a quiet residential area Our rental is located just 600 meters a short 5 to 10 minute walk to Panagsama Beach and shops and restaurants
