This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 usd fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - High chair is available upon request. - Pets are allowed for a fee of 70 USD.
