Petrovaradin is one of the most beautiful parts of Novi Sad. It hosts the famous Petrovaradin fortress, with museums, studios of Novi Sad artists, catacombs, cafes, where the famous Exit music festival is held. The suburb of the fortress is a charming neighborhood near the quay on the Danube and is one of the main tourist attractions in Novi Sad. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the entrance to the fortress and about 15 minutes from the center of Novi Sad. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a health center, an ATM, an exchange office, and the police station. The bus station is located in front of the building and there are buses to Novi Sad and Sremski Karlovci. There is also a station for city bikes in front of the building. Petrovaradin je jedan od najlepših delova Novog Sada. U njemu se nalazi poznata Petrovaradinska tvrđava, sa muzejima, ateljeima novosadskih umetnika, katakombama, kafićima, na kojoj se održava čuveni muzički festival Exit. Podgrađe tvrđave je šarmantni kvart u blizini keja na Dunavu i predstavlja jednu od glavnih turističkih atrakcija u Novom Sadu. Stan je udalje 10-ak minuta peške od ulaza u tvrđavu i 15-ak minuta od centra Novog Sada. U neposrednoj blizini stana se nalaze prodavnice, supermarket, apoteka, dom zdravlja, bankomat, menjačnica, policija. Autobuska stanica se nalazi ispred zgrade i na njoj staju autobusi za Novi Sad i Sremske Karlovce. Ispred zgrade se takođe nalazi i stanica za gradske bicikle.
