Apartman Laki je smešten u selu Zaovine na Tari u delu koji se zove Nova Vežanja. Do apartmana se dolazi kružnim putem oko Zaovinskog jezera i nalazi se u blizini crkve, Doma izviđača u Zaovinama.
Do smeštaja vodi asfaltni put i postoji osvetljen parking.
Apartman poseduje podno grejanje na struju,klima uređaj i WiFi internet.
Predivan, nov apartman sa pogledon za ljubitelje prirode, rekreacije i kojima je potreban odmor u miru i tišini.
U blizini apartmana na oko 400 metara nalazi se restoran i kafić na oko 300 metara.
Oba su otvoreni 2024. godine. Na oko 600 metara se nalazi Zaovinsko jezero.
Najbliža prodavnica se nalazi u Mitrovcu.
