Pansion Eden se nalazi na samom ulasku u Niš, gostima su na raspolaganju besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking. Nameštaj u svim prostorijama je nov, sve sobe su klimatizovane, moderno opremljene i poseduju sopstveno kupatilo. Kuhinja u okviru objekta je zajednička za sve goste.
