Company information

We are a family run establishment and are proudly staffed with all Seychellois including: Villa Manager (with hotel degree from the UK) and a housekeeper. You will be well attended and taken care of. Our Villa Manager can arrange excursions, and advise on places to go. She oversees maintenance and generally ensures you and your family will have a fantastic holiday. She can also advise on local restaurants and arrange in-villa dining. Many of our guests select to have in-villa dining and it works out both cheaper and better than eating out.

Property information

Beachkaz is beachfront, only 15 steps through our lush tropical garden to the white sandy beach of Anse Forbans. We have private gated access to a quasi private beach. Whether a group of 2 or 8 people, you will have exclusive use of our Villa with housekeeping plus a Villa Manager. We are self catering. There are two restaurants, a bar and convenience store in walking distance and other larger groceries and restaurants less than 10 minutes away by car. A local grocery delivers to the Beach house with the guest ordering via smart phone app. We love special requests – just ask!!

Unfortunately, Beach House at Anse Forbans is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or military shore leave groups. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience.
