You will receive the key codes and check-in instructions 2 days prior to arrival only after the identity verification is completed.
Check-out cleaning is included. Weekly cleaning is included for reservations longer than 7 days. Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in if travelling as part of a family. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities.
