Please note that the Reception working hours are 15:00 - 22:00 and Our Online Office is open 24/7, every day of the week.
All bookings should be prepaid online, and all charges are included in the rate. The property will send you an entrance code via email one day prior to the arrival date.
When group bookings of 10 or more beds are made, different conditions and supplements may apply. Please contact the property for more information.
The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that all guests who do not pass face control will not be allowed to use the reservation and will be asked to leave the hostel.
