The fine printNeed-to-know information for guests at this property
All guests who have booked for a stay for 7 days or more, whether in a single booking or multiple bookings, please contact the hotel directly in order to ensure that the current guidelines from the local authorities are adhered strictly.
Light housekeeping service is every 3 nights of stay and full housekeeping service is every 7 nights of stay. Cleaning will be carried out on Mondays – Saturdays. No cleaning service available on Sundays and public holidays.
Guests are required to show a physical national photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that other forms of identification, such as work permits, student passes, or ID proof from the SingPass App, will not be accepted., Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).
Please be informed that refurbishment works will be taking place at the property until 15 April 2025. These works will occur from Monday to Friday, with noise disturbances expected between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The renovation is being undertaken to enhance the property and provide a better, more comfortable experience for our guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of S$ 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
