Company information

We are brother and sister who will be your hosts. We are happy to take care of your comfort. Our rooms are open all year round, and we want to offer our guests an authentic and personal experience. We check-in most our guests in person upon arrival, introduce them to the accommodation and explain more about the area. We do not have a reception, so we will be in touch to arrange your check-in time. During your stay, we are always available by phone to help you or answer any questions you may have. We look forward to your visit!

Property information

All our rooms are inspired by our travels around the world. We offer double studio-rooms with a kitchenette and a private bathroom on the second floor, as well as double rooms with a private bathroom on the first floor, which have access to a shared kitchen. We primarily clean our accommodation using natural cleaning products. Our accommodation does not have an elevator. As a family-run accommodation, we take pride in our warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels at home.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated in a area called Vič, less than 17 minutes away from three bridges and Prešeren square. Our rooms are located in the Vič district, on the edge of Ljubljana's city center. The location is ideal, as it offers direct access by car from the highway exit towards the center, as well as a quick connection via public transport. Parking is available on-site. Our neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, several bars, a grocery store, a gas station, and a medical center with a pharmacy—all just a few minutes' walk away.
