Welcome to our house and apartment, true treasures of history and nature. My name is Snežana, and together with my family, we live just a few steps away from the accommodation. The house and apartment are part of a beautiful 17th-century building, preserved in its original Istrian style. It is one of the few buildings of its kind that has remained in the ownership of the same family for centuries – the Deško family, first mentioned in the church records of Osp, one of Slovenia’s oldest villages.
Our location is truly unique – the apartment is located in the heart of the village, right below the climbing wall, part of the world-famous Osp climbing area. When you open the window, you’ll be greeted by serene nature, forests, and a peaceful environment where you can completely unwind.
Designed for the comfort of all our guests, both the apartment and the house offer easy access – the apartment is stair-free, and the house has just one step. During the warmer months, our jacuzzi invites you to relax under the stars. The parking in next to the apartment/house.

Snežana, who takes great pride in tourism and caring for our apartment and guests, has made sure everything is perfectly set up for your worry-free and relaxing stay. Marko, my partner is working in logistics end he ensures everything runs smoothly, so you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable visit.
Together with our child and our cat, we live just a few steps away from the accommodation, so we’re always available if you need anything more. We love meeting new people and learning about their customs, so feel free to reach out with questions, recommendations, or simply to have a nice chat.

Osp is a unique destination where history and nature create the perfect harmony. Our accommodation is located right in the heart of the village, directly beneath the world-renowned climbing wall, meaning you can enjoy climbing as soon as you arrive. Additionally, we are surrounded by forest and a stunning rock, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape into nature.
Our location is ideal for exploration – in just a 5-minute drive, you can reach Montedoro Shopping Center ( I in Italy, offering a variety of shops, while a 300-meter walk takes you to a charming local restaurant serving delicious regional dishes. Nature lovers and hikers will be thrilled by the scenic walking trails through the forests of Socerb and Tinjan, starting right at our apartment and house.
For those seeking the sea, you’re only 10 minutes by car from the beaches in Italy and Slovenia, and 30 minutes to beaches in Croatia ( Istria). The Postojna Cave, one of Slovenia’s most famous natural wonders, is also just 40 minutes away by car, along with many other attractions in Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia.
