Byt sa nachádza v Podunajských Biskupiciach na druhom poschodí v dvojposchodovej budove. Môže slúžiť ako ubytovacie zariadenie alebo ako doplňujúce ubytovanie k našej nehnuteľnosti dostupnej na bookingu (Avar Garden). Dostupná je kuchyňa a súkromná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Budova nedisponuje výťahom! Súčasťou bytu je jedna manželská posteľ a tri jednolôžkové postele.
