This self-serviced apartment is located in the heart of busy Patong in Phuket Villa condo. The facilities include a fitness room, a minimart, big swimming pool surrounded by a garden, and jogging lanes. Large parking space. This is the perfect spot for those who like to be in the center of the action, close to everything that Patong has to offer! PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to the meter readings. Please turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 700 baht. Cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels.
