To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged with additional fee at THB 900 net per person per way for join-in speedboat transfer from and to the resort pier. As the resort operates the join-in speedboat transfer with fixed schedule, all boat schedules will need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date due to space limitation, otherwise there will no seat available. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of boat schedule and for transfer arrangement. Any request for the speedboat transfer apart from the resort’s join in speedboat schedule will be charged as private transfer.

Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.

Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying persons in their party prior to arrival.

Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, the number of visitors can be increased noticeably.

Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun lounger or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach.

From May 15th to July 31st, 2025 (inclusive), the hotel will be renovating the Guest Service Office and Lobby Lounge floors. During this time, the reception area for check-in and check-out will be temporarily relocated to the air-conditioned area of Raya Dining restaurant.

Rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for 2 people in one bedroom Pavilions and for 4 people in Two bedroom Pavilions and two bedroom Villas. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.
