Volonté de rendre service.”- Hsiao Taiwan“地點鄰近海安地下停車場，非常建議跟老闆買停車券! 要從宮廟旁邊的巷子走進去，去附近逛街會覺得這個地方選得不錯。但是早上外面有宮廟活動以及鞭炮聲音，所以睡不了多晚。因為是自家住宅改的，所以沒有電梯，樓梯較窄。但是區域規畫還不錯，有獨立性，進出門都用感應卡，最樓上也有提供飲水機使用。 房間也有冰箱，但是不會冷。電視距離沙發有點遠，非常「良好」的視距。房間也有提供吹風機使用，不用再準備了!洗澡水壓非常大，以為在做SPA，哈哈哈。”
Tien-yi Taiwan“（初訪心得）連假很幸運訂到物美價廉的房間，老屋和日式和室令人驚艷(浴室蓮蓬頭水力超強，水溫夠熱，媲美SPA級按摩水柱XD)，地點交通也非常方便，出巷口就有YouBike，公車站也不遠，海安路街區和水仙宮市場走路就能到，附近有很多好吃好逛的好去處，而且老闆人很好也很熱心，提供許多實用的資訊，甚至幫忙查詢車票和推薦在地美食，簡直業界良心，真心大推！希望下次能再訪~(這樣就能補看阿嬤的日誌，入住期間以為只是裝飾品，看到其他住客的google評論，才知道錯過重要文獻QQ)”- 宜宜芳 Taiwan“整體上都非常舒服😌，房間很復古我非常喜歡，雖然冬天在房間裡感覺上還是有點冷，還好有附拖鞋，不然木頭地板非常冷😣，不過床墊和棉被非常保暖，房間也很乾淨，浴廁也都非常乾淨無異味，外面也有飲水機，屋主人也很好很熱情招待，而且地點就在海安路旁小巷弄裡，交通飲食都很方便，耶誕假期剛好有市集很熱鬧，晚上門窗關上也夠安靜，因為那幾天非常需要好好的放鬆休息，幸好住到啟瀛居，真的非常好的休息充滿電了！！”
