- 許 Taiwan"因為入住報到太晚了，時間也很短暫，與民宿主人小麥也不長，但也因為主人小麥的關係，而吃到了水底寮很好吃的鱔魚意麵、福泉豆花布丁店的綜合雪花冰，該冰品店的老闆娘非常的熱情，因為小麥的好人緣而另外又招待給我們一份在地盛產的枋寮芒果，非常的甜，很不好意思會讓我們會想再來一次造訪水底寮人、體驗當地人的熱情！"
