- To secure your reservation, the required prepayment should be settled via bank wire, Paypal or Alipay within 24 hours after booking. The property will contact guests with instructions.
- The lift is located on the 2nd floor. Guests must carry their luggage to the 2nd floor to take the lift.
- There is no front desk at the property. Guests are required to provide their approximate arrival time in advance.
- The property office hour is from 11:00 to 18:00. For those who arrive outside of the service hour, the property will guide guests to check-in.
