Taiwan“離羅東夜市很近！但要走小巷，一個人走蠻可怕的 樓梯間雖然可以聽到其他房客的聲音，但是房間內不至於，還算安靜能睡個好覺” - 到到處逛逛 Taiwan“附近有羅東文化工廠、羅東夜市以及大型停車場， 雖然都要走一點路， 但對於沒小小朋友的旅客來說完全沒問題。 房間超級乾淨， 床舖也是舒適。”
- Ling Taiwan“位在安靜的巷內能擁有一夜好眠，因宜蘭地區潮濕在房外可用的除濕機完全派上用場，能除乾房間也能除乾衣物，床尾就是含有第四台業者的電視可收視，浴室內附的擦巾易擦乾，水溫也夠熱。房間內的擺設可看得出來考量到房客會有行李箱等狀況，地面可擺放行李箱的空間夠放，房間內也有小冰箱可冰飲料，其實床頭附近有插座，線材夠長對於現在的習性也是夠用了。整體來說小而美。”
Jun-hau Taiwan“看完了各種評語後才選擇這間民宿，地點非常棒，不難找，老闆老闆娘親切。房間非常乾淨，沒有異味，廁所雖然有曾經因潮濕而有的黴點，但入住後並沒有潮濕或霉味，所以不影響。洗手台也的確偏小，但這都可以接受。我因為週間入住，可能住戶少，沒有太多晚上吵的問題，而且房間是實牆，我覺得比很多民宿的木頭隔間強上很多。窗戶外就是中華路，但夜晚也沒有聽到汽車行駛的聲音。冷氣調整好固定方向和強度，也都在可以接受的範圍，沒有因此難睡!”
