We built the house new together with our local friend Imu. It's typical Zanzibar style but with some comefort like own bathroom, fan at the room and mosquitonet. The garden has a Makuti-Pavillon. The Garden itself is still unter construction. Rooms are equipped with chair, shelfboard, bed. Each room has own bathroom.with toilet and shower. Our friend Imu is living at the house and can help you organizing trips to the dolphins, nature highlights or other interesting places. He speaks english (and tries to learn german :-). The house and furniture were built during 2019/2020 and helped some local workers to have income.

We are a german family loving the beautiful island Sansibar. Together with our friend Imu we built the house. Imu is your local host. He lives at Tiptipi house and prepares breakfast for our guests. Imu speaks english. For any questions he is in daily contact with us.

Kizimkazi is a fishermans village in the south of Zanzibar. It is a quiet and beautiful place in the nature. Kizimkazi is also called dolphin village due to the dolphins that pass by close to the beach. From the balcony of the house you have a great view over the beautiful nature. Kizimkazi ist the perfect location for birdwatcher and naturfriends. Breading places of many seabirds are nearby, you can visit Jozani forest and sometimes whales are passing the coast.
