Fabulous 2BR/1BA private apartment located on lower level of awesome owner-occupied private home. Apt. includes master bedroom w/queen bed, ceiling fan and 2 large closets Huge bathroom with vanity area and separate huge tiled shower. 2nd BR/family room has 2 twin beds and seating area for reading, desk, etc. Kitchen includes all new stainless appliances & full-size washer & dryer. Eat-in dining area, seats 6-8 at Williams Sonoma table. Lounge area with TV (HD cable, Netflix, HBO, SHO, etc.) Free high-speed WiFi. Small (<15 lb) hypoallergenic dog lives only on upper level. Warm furnishings & finishings throughout. Free, high speed wifi. Highly desirable North Boulder, steps to 2 bus lines, walk/hike/bike trails, Pearl Street (restaurants, bars, shopping), parks everywhere, Foothills, Chautauqua! 10 min. to Pearl St., cafes, bars, kids activities, farm to table gourmet food, craft beer galore, CO's best farmer's market, amazing CU Boulder campus, Colorado CU Shakespeare Festival ... and SO MUCH more. 10 minute walk to great local "gourmet" grocery store in mall with cafe, restaurants, liquor store, and more. 5 minute walk to two N/S bus lines that take ~ 10 min. to Pearl St.
