This is a 2017 Jayco trailer in the St. George RV Park. There are lots of trees and oleanders in and around the park (including a new pine just planted by the trailer)!
Kimball is always available to answer any questions or handle any concerns you may have. He has a great relationship with the staff at the RV Park (and handles all the I.T. needs there)!
The neighbor hood is very quiet, and the other residents in the park are as well (loud noises are frowned upon after 10 pm). Ther park it's close to the I-15, so outside you do hear the highway, but inside the trailer ord hard to hear.
