All our homes are privately owned and are all furnished uniquely - our photos are examples of what our homes look like. Like you the owners will furnish the homes to their taste - and will equip the house with items of their choosing making this a comfortable homely type of vacation. We offer different types of private pool homes - a value home - a luxury home - and our executive homes where you will have a games room or an outdoor in ground spa. ( please note the spa is not heated - it can be for an additional charge ) Value homes come with everything you need for your perfect vacation - they are fully furnished and equipped with towels linens and kitchen ware Luxury homes - have all that the value homes does but has upgraded furnishings Executive homes have all that the luxury home has plus either a games room or in ground spa by the pool Executive Games Room and Spa homes come with everything you need for your perfect vacation - they are fully furnished and equipped with towels linens and have a wide selection of kitchen ware. They have a upgraded furnishings with a more luxurios feel. Wifi is free of charge in these homes and depending on which one you chose it has either a games room or in ground spa by the pool - or both ! Spa homes do not include heat for the spa - this is an additional charge - it has to be heated along with the pool - the pool heat charges will apply Please read the description and look at the photos of each specific property before booking. You will be required to pay a property protection plan on check in of 97.70 USD - this is non refundable. Pools can be heated at an additional charge - there are some restrictions. All guests are required to pre-register and pay the property protection fee before arrival - guests need to follow the instructions provided in our initial email after the booking is made. Failure to complete the registration may result in non entry.
All our homes are owned by private individuals - they are not part of a company or a resort. Like you the owners will furnish the homes to their taste - and will equip the house with items of their choosing. There are no set requirements for an owner to provide anything other than basic equipment and they do not provide personal items such as wash cloths etc.
All our homes are located within a 30 minute drive to Disney. The homes are self catering allowing you to experience a home away from home style vacation. Please read the description and look at the photos of each specific property before booking. Our homes are allocated on arrival ( you are not booking a specific home ) - which means we get to keep the prices low so you can make the most of your budget ! You are guaranteed to receive at least the minimum description of the property type you choose. All our homes are located within short term rental communities specifically set up for vacation rentals. Shops and restaurants are in abundance in the area - in fact every amenity you can think of is close by. The beautiful beaches on either coast are just over an hours drive away and with over 60 Golf Courses in the area you wont be short of choices. The theme parks are all close by with easy roads to get there - Disney is within 30 minutes and Universal and Seaworld are just a few exits on the interstate. Close to all the action, but far enough to enjoy a nice quiet evening by the pool - our homes are the ideal choice to make those magical memories. The homes are allocated 24 hours prior to your arrival and we will send you full check in details by email when you complete the 2 step pre registration process - please make sure you complete this at least 7 days in advance - if you book within 7 days please do it ASAP Pools can be heated at an additional charge - there are some restrictions.
