In 2016, the home was gifted to us by her mother who no longer needed so much space and was unable to make much needed repairs to the home. We undertook an extensive renovation project, replacing all plumbing and much of the electricity. The floor plan of this home, built in 1900, was modified to provide a more modern feel, while maintaining some of its 19th century charm, including exposed brick in the living and dining rooms.
