The slopes at Copper Mountain and Keystone are both just 20 minutes away! LIVING AREA Unwind after blissful days in front of the gas fireplace in the open-concept living area. Cozy up on the stylish furniture and watch a movie on the smart TV. Upstairs, a second living space offers a full-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen, appointed with everything needed to create your favorite recipes. When meals are ready, the table seats eight and the bar seats two. BED & BATH This townhome sleeps nine guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. Occupying the top floor a twin-over-full bunk bed. (This open space has no door at the top of the stairs.) The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are included in the rental. A high chair and Pack ‘N Play are available upon request. Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). There is a ski/snowboard rack in the garage. This townhome has a three-story layout. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
