You’re just one block from town at Ava’s Sunny Delight, and just four level blocks to the beach. Skylights and large windows let in the light and there’s a wrap-around deck for barbecues, so it’s easy to enjoy the ocean light and air. Cheery furnishings and decor, a Dura-Flame fireplace and a TV/DVD keep the inside mood bright in the main floor great room. A dining table that seats six and a fully equipped kitchen give you dining options aside from all the restaurants in Manzanita. There’s a queen bedroom on the main floor and two bright and spacious bedrooms upstairs thanks to skylights under the eaves. You have many options for fun on foot—walking to miles of sandy beach, visiting the city park or strolling through the shops on Laneda.
