Vacation rentals are allowed in this building*** For your convenience and comfort, this air conditioned unit has an open floor plan with a full size bed, twin size bed, flat screen TV with cable, a pull out sleeper sofa and a coffee table. The lanai with beautiful views is equipped with 2 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes and silverware. PARKING: Please note, this is a privately owned unit. Parking is limited, and the hotel prioritizes hotel guests. The parking spot cannot be reserved, it works on a first come first serve basis; if there is availability, it costs 40.00 dollar per day, payable directly to the front desk. When you arrive, you can park on the driveway for a short time, then ask the front desk agent if there is parking available. If available, they will require you to register the vehicle providing the license plate number, color, maker, and model. We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty.
