An extra sofa bed in one bedroom provides an extra sleeping space. Guests must travel by car to reach this home. The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
