Cozy gem in an area full of entertainment, sightseeing, beaches, boulders, trails, and nature preserve. Complete house with parking for 2 cars in the garage plus 2 additional parking spots in the driveway. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8. Cozy setup, spacious living area & high-vaulted ceilings in all rooms. Quiet, rural neighborhood, 5-10 minutes to the nearest dining, groceries, theaters, shopping, and a 30-minute scenic drive away to the beach and major Los Angeles & Simi-Valley tourist attractions.

Safe, quiet, and very friendly neighborhood. Just a short drive to famous local restaurants, bowling, outdoor malls, museums, Moorpark College, and Ronald Reagan Library. Walking distance to parks, shops, hiking trails, and close to local attractions. In garage and driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Ideal location for getting around town by walking, car, bus, Uber all are available, we even have a metro link station and an amtrak station about 10 minutes away. Or you can walk to nearby restaurants and stores as well. Some of our guests did it when they had leisure time. Close to Ronald Reagan library, Moorpark College, Ventura Coast, Santa Barbara, Malibu, Calabasas, lazer tag, outdoor mall, restaurants, movie theater, Costco, freeway access (118 and 23), grocery store, bowling alley, 2 golf courses, a driving range and club house.
