Please be aware that there are 2 cats in the house. The black one is very friendly and might wanna sleep with you if you let him into your bedroom. The other one you might never see unless she feels comfortable.
This is a remodeled house very central in a quiet neighborhood. It’s located close to The Design District, Midtown, Wyndwood, Brickell and Miami Beach. Plenty of parking on the street. 10 to 15 minutes from the Miami International airport. Very close, yet far enough to art, beaches, parties, restaurants and stores like you would see at 5th ave in NYC. Just the Design District might be walking distance if you don’t mind doing it for 20 minutes at least.
Uber and Lyft used to be cheap around these areas, but with the amount of people visiting the city, prices went up and probably looking into renting a small car would be a good idea.
I like to have guests that need the space mostly to spend the night. If you are looking for a place where you can hang out and watch tv, please keep searching this is not for you. You can use the kitchen ONLY FOR BREAKFAST. You will have space in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to store your groceries if you need to. You can also use the dining table to have your breakfast. Please do not cook at night.
When you cook your breakfast, please turn on the fan on top of the stove to avoid smoke that will make the firefighters come.
You are allowed you use the washer and dryer if you stay more than 10 days.
The livingroom is not part of the deal. Sorry and thank you.
Bathroom is shared with a person living in the room next door. He is renting the room for almost three years. Please be considered.
Clean after yourself when using either kitchen or bathroom.
Don’t leave dirty dishes for later.
Quiet time after 11:00 pm.
Keep your belongings in your room and groceries stored.

It’s normally a quiet neighborhood, once in a blue moon neighbors have parties but when you close the door, the noise won’t bother you.
There are no stores walking distance, I suggest stopping by one before you get to the house if you want som breakfast in the morning. You can always use instacart or Uber eats.
