Company info

I started in the hospitality business right out of college. seems went back to it in the past 20 years.. I am married with tree children so I know how important it is for a family or a couple to chose the right place for the vacation they have saved for and were so looking forward to it. That is why I make sure I represent the units as honestly and accurately as I can because I do not want unhappy or disappointed guests. Once you are in and there is anything I can do to make your stay better I will do my best. do not wait till the end to let me know what was not perfect, please let me know right away. There are other people renting in the building but these are my private studios and not associated with anyone else. My reviews are the highest in this building by ten points.

Property info

All the studios listed here are privately owned and are not part of the Casablanca rental program. They are exactly as the photos are for each studio. all the photos are current. Only 1 of these studios has a Balcony. I personally try to inspect each unit at each check out. Whenever I see something needs attention I try to take care of it as soon as I can. The studio has everything you need for a stay for three nights or a month. Right on the Beach facing the Ocean. I supply beach towels as well as two beach chairs and umbrella. The building is an older building and we do our best to maintain it as updated as we can. The pool is one of the largest in Miami Beach. You have valet Parking available with a reservation for parking ahead of time not free . a mini store in the lobby and a 7/11 across the street open 24/7. anything else feel free to ask.me directly

Neighborhood info

Best area in Miami beach. You do not need a car. you can walk to over 40 restaurants small shops and a brand new huge Grocery store 4 blocks away. There is also a Miami Beach trolley that takes you anywhere on the beach and stops at the building every 20 minutes.
