Debra and Gordan purchased rental properties in several areas; commercial, residential, and a beach-front condo. The beach condo was being managed by a local vacation rental company; however, the guest reviews were consistently low. It didn't take long for Debra to decide she wanted to manage the entire process. Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Better at the Beach"! This 2/2 condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a King in the Master Bedroom, and two Queen Beds in the Guest Bedroom. "Better at the Beach" is family friendly with a bonus "toddler" twin bed included in the Guest Bedroom and a Pack N' Play with a high chair provided complimentary by the owners. Enjoy views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach and Tom Renick Park directly from the Northern facing balcony.  The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.
