The beach condo was being managed by a local vacation rental company; however, the guest reviews were consistently low. It didn't take long for Debra to decide she wanted to manage the entire process. "Better at the Beach" is family friendly with a bonus "toddler" twin bed included in the Guest Bedroom and a Pack N' Play with a high chair provided complimentary by the owners. Enjoy views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach and Tom Renick Park directly from the Northern facing balcony.
The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.
