To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, bathroom paper, shampoo, conditioner and facial soap for our guests. All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The guest bathroom has been beautifully renovated to include tiled flooring and walls, new cabinetry, new fixtures and a tub/shower combination.

The building is located right off Restaurant Row where you can access great restaurants such as Ruth Chris Steak House and the world-famous Back Porch restaurant and beach bar.
