__ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: The apartment sleeps up to 4 with a comfy queen bed in each room plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. The apartment is located on the sunken garden level of this walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, dining table, covered patio, smart TV with Chromecast, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker. __ PARKING: Free street parking is often available on Paulina St and Wood St a block away. Permitted street parking is often available directly outside the building on Pierce Ave. Daily parking permits are provided and long-term permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
