Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown, this recently remodeled 3BR/3BA condo is a short jaunt from everything Port Aransas has to offer -- including popular area shops, dining, and entertainment. Walk just 525 yards to the beach. Drive 2 miles to Palmilla Golf Club. LIVING AREA Relax in a spacious and open living area that features muted colors, contemporary furnishings, and wood flooring throughout. Unwind with a movie on the 57” flat-screen TV. There’s seating for five on a love seat and queen-size sleeper sofa. KITCHEN & DINING The modern kitchen holds everything you need to create your favorite recipes. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. At mealtime, the dining room table seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. BEDROOMS & BATHS This one-level condo sleeps up to seven guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in a tranquil master suite furnished with a stately queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. In the second guest room, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA It’s just a short walk across the parking lot to the unheated year-round community pool. Or walk just 525 yards to the beach! EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. There is assigned parking available for two vehicles in the adjacent parking lot. This ground-floor condo is accessible via four stairs at the front entrance.
